By allowing students to photography their assignments, I would be able to see where the errors occurred, how the create their work, and information about how they made their project. The benefits would be to show what and how they were working, using technology and since a screenshot (unedited) with show time and date, late submissions would be easy to detect.

Both Skitch and Photoshop Express are nice apps for editing photos and or screenshots. However I see Skitch as being more useful in the classroom setting. By being able to add text, insert arrows, and blur out sections of photos, I could create a model or diagram and have students label pieces/parts or guess what is blurred out in the image.
